The employer is seeking a B2B Field Sales Representative to expand corporate and institutional business.
The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship development, proposals, negotiations, contracts, and sales target achievement.
Responsibilities
- Attract and expand the client base from corporate and institutional sectors.
- Identify new clients and present company services and solutions.
- Conduct field visits and build long-term professional relationships.
- Present technical and financial proposals.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements and contracts.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement.
- Submit reports on visits, sales, opportunities, market conditions, and competitors.
- Monitor entitlements and payments with relevant management.
- Follow company policies and procedures for pricing and contracts.
- Coordinate with marketing and technical support teams to address client needs.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B field sales.
- Experience in information technology or telecommunications is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with relationship-building ability.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of the Saudi market and target sectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Initiative and effective time-management ability.
