Role summary
Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of audiovisual systems at project sites in Qatar.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise installation, termination, testing, and commissioning of meeting-room, video-conferencing, display, video-wall, audio, and control systems.
- Use shop drawings, schematics, and the BOQ, and raise site discrepancies early.
- Coordinate with the main contractor, consultant, client, and other trades.
- Lead technicians and subcontractors; track daily progress, quality, and safety.
- Prepare daily reports, inspection requests, test reports, snag lists, and as-built mark-ups.
- Support handover and client training.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of AV site experience; GCC or Qatar experience is preferred.
- Valid QID and Qatar driving licence.
- Good hands-on knowledge of AV equipment, cabling, and rack building.
- Good communication skills in English.
Added advantage
- Programming experience in Crestron, Extron, or Q-SYS is an advantage.
Pay
- QAR 4,000–5,000 per month.
