Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused and technically sound Auto Service Advisor who can act as the bridge between customers and our service operations.

This role is not just about handling queries — you are expected to drive customer trust, ensure operational clarity, and maximize service efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding vehicle concerns and providing clear guidance
• Recommend and explain repairs, maintenance, and service solutions in a professional and transparent manner
• Coordinate closely with team leaders, technicians, and workshop supervisors to ensure smooth job execution
• Prepare accurate job cards, including vehicle details, required work, parts, and timelines
• Provide clear cost estimates and obtain approvals before initiating work
• Maintain continuous communication with customers, updating them on progress, delays, or additional findings
• Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions, approvals, and service records
• Conduct final quality checks before vehicle delivery to ensure service standards are met
• Handle customer concerns proactively and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and maintenance procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving mindset
• ASE certification or equivalent is an added advantage
