Automotive Sales Executive - Showroom

In this role, you will provide a premium showroom experience, build lasting client relationships, and drive sales performance in alignment with Porsche brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and identify their needs through professional consultation
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and performance benefits
• Promote dealership services at point of sale, including registration, insurance, and after-sales solutions
• Recommend optional equipment and accessories to enhance the ownership experience
• Achieve sales targets set by the Vice Chairman & Managing Director and the Head of Used Cars
• Prepare and present quotations, pricing structures, financing options, and applicable discounts
• Advise customers on current and future model availability
• Coordinate vehicle delivery with the New Car Storekeeper and relevant departments
• Liaise with Customer Relations (Sales) for registration and insurance processing
• Conduct proactive follow-ups to nurture prospects and maximize conversions
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sales Manager

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within an automotive or luxury car dealership environment

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English is essential

Technical Skills: Computer literate (MS Office and dealership systems knowledge preferred)

Core Competencies: Strong negotiation and closing skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

High level of professionalism and presentation

Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills
