Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in identifying their vehicle needs
• Present and explain vehicle features, benefits, and value propositions effectively
• Recommend suitable models, upgrades, and financing options tailored to each client
• Manage the entire sales process from inquiry to delivery
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth registration, insurance, and delivery
• Follow up on leads to maximize conversion opportunities
• Build lasting relationships to drive repeat and referral business

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience, preferably within a dealership
• Proven track record in selling either volume or luxury vehicles is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• UAE driving license is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership DMS systems
• Customer-focused, energetic, and results-driven personality
