About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Audio Visual / ELV Engineer
to support the design, implementation, and operation of
CATV, IPTV, and AV systems
for large-scale events.
The role involves ensuring
high-quality broadcast delivery, seamless AV integration, and reliable system performance
across event venues.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
broadcast systems, AV technologies, and telecom integration
, along with hands-on experience in live event environments.
1. AV & Broadcast System Implementation
- Support delivery and operation of:
- CATV systems
- IPTV systems
- Audio-Visual (AV) solutions
- Assist in encoding, decoding, RF/IP modulation, and system monitoring
2. Design & Site Coordination
- Participate in:
- Site surveys
- Concept design reviews
- Installation planning
- Ensure alignment with technical and operational requirements
3. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with:
- Internal engineering teams
- External vendors
- Review vendor proposals and validate technical compliance
4. Installation & Infrastructure Oversight
- Oversee CATV distribution and cabling
- Ensure proper setup across venues and broadcast zones
- Support integration with:
• Access Control Systems
- Data Center infrastructure
5. Event Operations Support
- Provide technical support for:
- TV screens
- Media centers
- Press conferences
- Ensure uninterrupted AV services during events
6. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to:
- Safety standards
- Redundancy requirements
- Broadcast quality guidelines
- Follow tournament delivery handbooks and operational procedures

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Media Technology, or related field
Experience
- 6+ years in AV/ELV or broadcast engineering
- Experience supporting large-scale events
- Knowledge of safety and redundancy in broadcast environments
