- About the Position:
- Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Production Manager to join the resort s AV and Entertainment Technical Services team.
- The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Lead and manage the AV and technical production team to deliver exceptional entertainment experiences.
- Coordinate with creative directors, performers, and other departments to ensure technical requirements are met.
- Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of AV equipment including lighting, sound, video, and special effects.
- Develop and manage production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all technical operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly during rehearsals and live performances.
- Maintain inventory and ensure timely procurement and maintenance of technical equipment.
- Train and mentor technical staff to uphold high standards of performance and professionalism.
