Associate, Investor Services at SS&C GlobeOp, Sydney, Australia, hybrid.
Responsible for providing a spectrum of Transfer Agency servicing to clients.
Deliver the highest service level to clients while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Process dealing orders and tax documents submitted by investors, issue transaction contract notes and monthly statements.
- Obtain and review KYC documents from investors to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Ensure fund settings, investor and transaction records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Process settlement instructions received from investors and fund managers.
- Proactively follow up with investors on outstanding documents.
- Deliver required reports to fund managers within agreed timeframes.
- Respond timely to enquiries from fund managers, investors, and auditors.
What you will bring
- Minimum 1+ year experience in Transfer Agency/Investor Services, preferably in hedge funds.
- Excellent communication and client services skills and ability to work within a team.
- Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; Mandarin speaking is a plus.
