The Associate Service Desk Analyst provides technical support to employees and helps resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
The role includes independent work and collaboration with a global team.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage service tickets and incidents through resolution, communicate status, and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Support Windows, Mac OS, and O365 technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT service delivery.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base resources and support documentation.
Required experience and skills
- 0–3 years of experience supporting desktop, mobile, and wireless devices in a Windows enterprise environment.
- Experience with office technology, cloud systems, desktop support, networking, and printers.
- Proficiency in PC operations and Microsoft Office applications, with strong Windows and Apple desktop support skills.
- Strong communication skills for technical and business audiences, including status updates to senior management.
- Able to handle sensitive information appropriately, keep relevant parties updated, and prioritize concurrent tasks with minimal direction.
Preferred qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology is preferred.
- ITIL certification is a plus.
