Role summary
Responsible for card issuance, maintenance, personalization, fulfilment, and delivery, supporting daily operations and card-related projects and changes.
Card operations
- Operate personalization and PIN printing machines; fulfil, package, dispatch, and process debit and credit card deliveries.
- Maintain embossing reports, reconciliation records, and production documentation; prepare job setups, card plastics, and customer letters.
- Monitor consumables and stock; securely shred used consumables and damaged cards or plastics and maintain records.
- Reconcile vault, production, and inventory records, including embossed-versus-processed card verification.
- Process standard and VIP requests within approved turnaround times and procedures.
- Coordinate with IT, Operations, vendors, and support teams on issue resolution, UAT, machine support, projects, and product launches.
- Report operational issues promptly and complete other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent.
- At least two years of experience in card operations, card personalization, or related banking operations.
- Knowledge of debit and credit cards and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Intermediate understanding of printer maintenance and troubleshooting.
