Associate - Retail Risk Operations and Card Production

Role overview
Responsible for card issuance, maintenance, personalization, fulfilment, and delivery.
Supports day-to-day card operations under approved SOPs and SLAs, as well as card projects, UAT, product launches, and changes.
Key accountabilities
- Operate card personalization and PIN-printing machines; fulfil, package, dispatch, and process card deliveries.
- Maintain embossing reports, reconciliation records, and production documentation; prepare job setups, card plastics, and customer letters.
- Monitor consumables, maintain stock, and securely shred used consumables and damaged cards or plastics with proper records.
- Reconcile vault, production, and inventory, including embossed-versus-processed cards; meet turnaround times for standard and VIP requests.
- Coordinate with IT, Operations, vendors, and support teams on issue resolution, UAT, and machine support; report operational issues.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent.
- Minimum two years of experience in card operations, card personalization, or related banking operations.
- Knowledge of debit and credit cards; proficiency in MS Office.
- Intermediate understanding of printer maintenance and troubleshooting.
Skills and competencies
- Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
- Drive for results, customer service orientation, quality focus, teamwork, interpersonal effectiveness, and change orientation.
