Associate - Retail Risk Operations and Card Production

Support day-to-day card operations in line with approved procedures and service-level agreements, as well as card projects, UAT, product launches, and change implementations.

Role summary
Handle card issuance, maintenance, personalization, fulfillment, and delivery.
Support day-to-day card operations in line with approved procedures and service-level agreements, as well as card projects, UAT, product launches, and change implementations.
Card production and operations
- Operate card personalization and PIN-printing machines.
- Fulfill, package, dispatch, and process delivery of debit and credit cards.
- Maintain embossing reports, reconciliation records, and production documentation.
- Prepare job setups, card plastics, and customer letters for personalization and renewals.
- Monitor consumables and maintain stock availability.
- Shred used consumables and damaged cards or plastics, maintaining records and following security procedures.
- Reconcile vault, production, and inventory records, including embossed-versus-processed card verification.
- Process standard and VIP requests within approved turnaround times and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with IT, Operations, vendors, and support teams for issue resolution, UAT, and machine support; promptly report operational issues.
Knowledge and skills
- The description lists intermediate printer maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge, proficiency with Microsoft Office—particularly Excel—and attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent.
- Knowledge of debit and credit cards and proficiency in MS Office.
- At least 2 years of experience in card operations, card personalization, or a related banking operations role.
