Associate - Retail Risk Operations and Card Production

Supports day-to-day card operations, card projects, user acceptance testing, product launches, and change implementations in line with approved procedures and service-level agreements.

Responsible for card issuance, maintenance, personalization, fulfilment, and delivery.
Supports day-to-day card operations, card projects, user acceptance testing, product launches, and change implementations in line with approved procedures and service-level agreements.
Card operations
- Operate card personalization and PIN printing machines to ensure accurate, timely personalization.
- Fulfil, package, dispatch, and process delivery of debit and credit cards.
- Maintain embossing reports, reconciliation records, and production documentation.
- Prepare job setups, card plastics, and customer letters for personalization and renewals.
- Monitor machine consumables and maintain stock availability.
- Shred used consumables and damaged cards or plastics, keeping records and following security procedures.
- Reconcile vault, production, and inventory records, including embossed-versus-processed card verification.
- Process standard and VIP card requests within approved turnaround times.
- Coordinate with IT, Operations, vendors, and support teams on issues, testing, and machine support.
- Report operational issues and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent.
- At least two years of experience in card operations, card personalization, or a related banking operations role.
- Knowledge of debit and credit cards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Intermediate understanding of printer maintenance and troubleshooting.
