The Product Analytics Associate is part of Property Finder’s Strategy & Analytics team.
The role turns data into actionable insights that help Product Management leadership make better, faster decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end workstreams delivering data-driven business and product insights across strategic initiatives.
- Run complex, detailed analyses to find improvement opportunities, increase efficiency, and help set team targets.
- Work with Product, CRM, Growth, and other functions to turn insights into action.
- Present findings regularly to senior leaders with a clear, compelling storyline.
Experience and qualifications
- At least 3 years in business analytics, including a minimum of 2 years at an MBB firm or another Tier 1 management consulting firm.
- Exposure to Product, CRM, and Growth teams.
- Strong collaboration skills and a track record of working across functions and driving insights into action.
- Exceptional SQL and Tableau skills.
- Hands-on product analytics experience, including Google Analytics, A/B testing, tracking, and tag management.
- Ability to build and deliver compelling presentations for senior audiences and explain technical content simply.
- Strong end-to-end understanding of analytics and consistent high performance throughout education and career.
