The Product Analytics Associate sits within Property Finder’s Strategy & Analytics team.
The role turns data into actionable insights to help Product Management leadership make better, faster decisions.
The associate owns analyses that shape product growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own workstreams end to end, delivering data-driven business and product insights across strategic initiatives.
- Run complex analyses to identify improvement areas, increase efficiency, and help set team targets.
- Work with Product, CRM, Growth, and other functions to turn insights into action.
- Present findings regularly to senior leaders with a clear, compelling storyline.
Experience and collaboration
- At least 3 years in business analytics, including a minimum of 2 years at an MBB firm or another Tier 1 management consulting firm.
- Exposure to Product, CRM, and Growth teams.
- Strong collaboration skills and a record of working across functions and driving insights into action.
Technical proficiency and communication
- Exceptional SQL and Tableau skills.
- Hands-on product analytics experience, including Google Analytics, A/B testing, tracking, and tag management.
- Proven ability to build and deliver presentations for senior audiences with a compelling storyline.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, including explaining technical content simply.
