Role overview

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Support onboarding programs and timely completion of mandatory training and deployment requirements.
• Deliver onboarding, refresher, and operational training according to approved plans, SOPs, and business requirements.
• Maintain training materials, attendance, assessments, and certification records.
• Monitor trainee performance, identify skill gaps, escalate recurring issues, and support coaching or retraining.
• Track training completion and post-training performance; share updates and insights with Specialist and Operations teams.
• Support training improvement and operational projects, employee engagement, feedback collection, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience, including 1 or more years in Training, L&D, or related functions within operations.
• Strong verbal and written English and Hindi or Urdu communication skills.
• Experience with e-learning platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
