Role overview

Q-Commerce performance and analytics

• Track performance metrics across markets and identify trends, anomalies, and high-value improvements.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards with the data team.
• Prepare leadership performance reviews and market deep dives focused on turnaround, growth, and profitability.

P&L and special projects

• Partner with market teams on budgeting, forecasting, and Best Estimate cycles; track P&L against targets and identify corrective actions.
• Lead cross-market strategic initiatives from scoping through delivery, including regular travel to work with local teams.
• Develop business cases for new products and initiatives, align leadership, oversee execution, and improve cross-functional processes.

Innovation and AI

• Identify and drive AI and automation opportunities, test and scale tools, and use AI to improve analysis and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in quick-commerce, food delivery, e-commerce, management consulting, or high-growth technology.
• Deep Q-commerce economics knowledge, including unit economics, basket size, delivery efficiency, and assortment strategy.
• Strong financial acumen in P&L management, financial modeling, and budgeting; highly analytical and effective with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regularly across MENA and active use of AI tools to enhance productivity and analytical output.
