Role overview

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end sales operations and improve efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Drive partner experience and advertising revenue growth; coordinate vendor operations with logistics and campaigns with marketing.
• Develop sales plans, objectives, strategies, targets, programs, policies, and performance metrics for country teams.
• Monitor acquisitions, closures, promotions, campaigns, account management, and market research.
• Acquire regional international-brand key accounts, manage commissions, and engage major accounts as an escalation point.
• Manage sales budgets, analyze customer and competitor performance, and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead expansion strategy, improve cross-team processes, and validate commission reports and trackers.
• Allocate and oversee team work to ensure timely, accurate completion.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience handling a team of 15 or more people and accountability for forecasting and achieving quarterly and annual targets.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, team management, interpersonal, and persuasive capabilities.
• Deep AdTech expertise and strong analytical rigor.
• Technologically savvy, team-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
