The role is an Asset Servicing Senior Analyst within a multi-skilled Transaction Services team.
The team covers cash operations, asset servicing, trade operations, and derivatives in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires ongoing learning, technology adoption, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Process assigned transactions and events within deadlines and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Resolve stock and cash reconciliation breaks and manage client and stakeholder queries.
- Complete ad hoc tasks and project work, apply controls, and reduce operational risk.
- Identify process improvements that save time and cost or improve service quality.
- Coordinate with operational teams, Portfolio Implementers, dealers, and external parties.
Required Knowledge and Qualifications
- Previous experience with Aladdin is required.
- Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Excel are required.
- The role requires workload planning, prioritization, routine judgment, and timely escalation of complex matters.
- The role holder must disclose identified issues comprehensively on the same day they are discovered.
Helpful Experience
- Helpful experience may include derivatives and collateral management, trade operations, cash payments, SWIFT messaging, corporate actions, income processing, or operational risk.
- The role involves building knowledge across the Transaction Services lifecycle and improving procedures.
- The senior analyst is expected to mentor junior analysts and contribute to a supportive working environment.
