Supports the Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, performance analysis, and business planning.
Requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential business information.
Responsibilities
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
- Prepare monthly management reports and variance analysis.
- Analyze business performance, profitability, costs, and key financial metrics.
- Develop and maintain KPI reports and dashboards.
- Prepare presentations for business review meetings.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and support decision-making.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Assist with contract, tender, and project costing.
- Support product costing and pricing analysis.
- Review business processes and assist in strengthening internal controls.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance, and SOCPA membership.
- Requires 1–3 years of experience in business finance, FP&A, or management reporting.
- Good Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical skills; fluent in English.
- Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is preferred.
- ACCA or CMA qualification is an advantage.
