Leads large-scale lending technology implementation projects for Moody’s clients across the Middle East, with a particular focus on Saudi Arabia.
The Middle East Lending Implementation Services team plans and delivers Moody’s lending technology implementations and supports clients’ adoption of lending solutions.
The team promotes project management best practices, shares knowledge, and continuously improves delivery methodologies.
Skills and experience
- At least 8 years of relevant project management experience with leading financial software vendors and/or IT departments of leading financial institutions in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven delivery experience with SaaS or hosted software solutions and strong understanding of the full project lifecycle and project methodologies and tools.
- Fluent English and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong client focus and proven ability to lead and motivate project teams.
- Experience with Moody’s Commercial Lending solution, CreditLens, or risk management in lending, Basel regulation, or asset liability management is highly valued but preferred.
- Demonstrated AI proficiency and hands-on delivery of generative or agentic AI solutions to streamline project delivery and improve operational efficiency.
- Ability to apply AI-powered tools to client and project management challenges, with awareness of AI risks and commitment to responsible, ethical AI use.
- Minimum of a master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Project delivery responsibilities
- Lead delivery of large-scale lending technology implementation projects for clients across the Middle East.
- Prioritize, plan, and manage projects in an assigned portfolio; manage team deliverables and project responsibilities across the lifecycle.
- Coordinate project efforts, communicate priorities, manage issues and risks, escalate as needed, control scope, and manage change.
- Build client and stakeholder relationships; coordinate consultants and allocate resources while maintaining a motivated project team.
- Advise project managers on project practices, team dynamics, team building, and group motivation.
- Improve project methodologies, processes, and documentation; ensure compliance with PMO governance guidelines.
- Liaise with Product Management, Engineering, and Client Services; report progress to clients, senior internal stakeholders, and delivery team members.
- Provide client services and proactive solution and product support; engage with clients on-site and off-site and support pre-sales when requested.
