A leading developer seeks an Associate Director to oversee planning, execution, and governance of large-scale developments.
The role is based in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage infrastructure budgets, focusing on cost efficiency and value engineering.
- Align infrastructure strategy with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals.
- Oversee design, construction, and integration of roads, utilities, power, water, drainage, and telecom.
- Ensure delivery meets timelines, budgets, and quality standards while managing risks.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal teams and obtain required government permits and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and sustainability frameworks and consider smart infrastructure trends.
- Manage government agency, service provider, and industry stakeholder relationships.
- Build and lead a high-performing team and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, infrastructure engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of infrastructure development experience on large-scale real estate projects.
