Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to business teams.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating internal communications.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Maintain and update records, trackers, and databases accurately.
- Support invoice tracking, expense monitoring, and basic reporting tasks.
- Assist in coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Follow up on tasks and help ensure timely completion of activities.
- Support project coordination and documentation activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask in a structured environment.
