Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, including scheduling and supervising contractors.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address issues proactively.
- Assist in the development and implementation of facilities management policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage facility budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to support their facilities-related needs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and facility conditions.
- Respond to facility-related emergencies and provide timely solutions.
Mandatory Skills
