Associate Business Analyst
Analyze and document business requirements, facilitate stakeholder meetings, support solution design, and ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements using industry-standard techniques.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Plan and facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Analyse current-state and future-state business processes, identifying gaps and recommending process improvements.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to support solution design, system implementation, and change initiatives.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Maintain end-to-end requirement traceability and ensure accurate, up-to-date project documentation.
- Assist with project planning, status reporting, risk identification, and delivery tracking.
- Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and organisational strategy.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1u20132 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong industry understanding for implementing CRM, ERP, HRMS will be required.
- Solid knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organisational levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
