Assistant Site Manager

Support the Site Manager with on-site management and delivery of specified cladding remediation works to time, budget, quality and safety requirements.

Core responsibilities
- Assist with managing works, workforce productivity, deadlines, budgets and delivery programmes.
- Coordinate labour, materials, orders, deliveries and resources across site teams.
- Maintain accurate project records and communicate programme, contract and quality requirements to the workforce.
- Work with commercial, health and safety, ISO, design and quality teams to manage delivery and compliance.
- Support subcontractor management, workforce performance monitoring, site meetings and resolution of residents' issues.
Skills and qualifications
- ONC or equivalent construction-related qualification or experience.
- Relevant cladding or facade background.
- Completed or in-progress relevant NVQ in a construction-related discipline.
- CSCS card and mandatory QCQA capability.
- Competent use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.
Preferred qualifications and experience
- SSTS is beneficial.
- EWI experience is beneficial.
- Driving licence and access to a personal vehicle would be beneficial.
Site and compliance requirements
- The role involves on-site construction delivery and attendance at site and management meetings.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations, health and safety legislation, company processes and construction documentation requirements.
