Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager in driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Coordinate daily sales operations, including quotations, order follow-ups, and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Support price negotiations and deal closures, and conduct market research for new opportunities.
- Supervise and mentor sales team members to ensure performance excellence.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, events, and promotional activities to enhance business visibility.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 4– 10 years of sales experience, preferably in trading or printing industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
