Assistant Restaurant Manager
to join the F&B team at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure all guests receive personalized and high-quality service.
- Handle VIP guests and special requests professionally.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain 5-star service standards at all times.
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores and feedback. Manager in preparing annual operating budget.
- Supervise daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure proper table setup, hygiene, and ambiance.
- Coordinate with kitchen for smooth food service.
- Maintain service timing and quality control.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring staff.
- Conduct daily briefings and shift meetings.
- Ensure grooming and uniform standards.
- Monitor staff performance and productivity.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage scheduling.
- Monitor daily sales and revenue targets.
- Control food and beverage costs.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Handle cash, billing, and POS systems.
- Prepare operational reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain HACCP standards and food safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections for cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and brand standards.
Skills Experience & Educational Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent guest handling abilities
- Knowledge of fine dining service styles
- Wine & beverage knowledge
- Conflict resolution skills
- Time management & multitasking
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards
- Worked in a luxury 5 star hotel for at least 2 years
- Excellent communication skills in English.
