Role Description
We’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our DIFC team.
This role is hands-on — you’ll be on the floor, leading service, supporting the team, and making sure everything runs smoothly day to day.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience and keeping the energy of the space consistent.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong people skills — you know how to connect with guests and team
- Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments
- Good instinct for service, energy, and flow
- Solid understanding of F&B operations
- Someone who takes ownership and moves fast
- Hospitality background preferred
