Join Parsons’ site-based construction supervision team for a major public realm development in Diriyah.
The development includes parks, open spaces, and more than 55 kilometers of streetscape as part of the RCRC Green Riyadh Program.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and delivering infrastructure and landscape construction projects.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, resources, and progress against project milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Review contractor submissions, method statements, shop drawings, and progress reports.
- Support contract administration, change management, and risk mitigation.
- Conduct site inspections and attend meetings to monitor construction progress and quality.
- Ensure compliance with specifications, health and safety requirements, and local regulations.
- Prepare status reports, presentations, and management updates.
- Help resolve technical and construction issues and support sustainability and environmental objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience in infrastructure, landscape, urban development, or large-scale construction projects.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of contract management and construction supervision practices.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
