Assistant Project Manager - HVAC / MEP

Job Overview

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of total experience.
• At least 4–5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC/MEP Project Site Execution.
• Only candidates with strong site execution experience will be considered.
• Design-only and project coordination profiles are not suitable.
• Experience in Data Centre projects is preferred.
• Strong candidates from Industrial Projects may also be considered.
• Mandatory experience in Project Budgeting, Vendor Management & Subcontractor Handling.
• Experience in PMC/Consultant Coordination and Client Interaction.
• Knowledge of project quality standards, health & safety regulations, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of Project Pace will be an added advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills are not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee HVAC/MEP project execution at site.
• Ensure projects are completed within timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, PMC, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Handle project budgeting, vendor management, and subcontractor activities.
• Monitor installation quality, safety compliance, and project execution standards.
• Identify irregularities and implement corrective actions.
• Improve project efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Compensation

• Pay: ₹22,510.17 - ₹79,673.00 per month.
