Role responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant General Manager in achieving the highest operational standards and quality.
- Drive departmental KPIs focused on Guest, People, Product, and Profit.
- Engage and motivate colleagues through training, coaching, and strong communication.
- Oversee departmental profitability.
Candidate requirements
- Minimum five years of relevant beach bar experience or other experience related to this field.
- A solid understanding of business acumen and overall P&L is essential.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous international exposure and five-star hotel experience are preferred.
