Role overview

Warehouse and client operations

• Supervise receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, sorting, staging, dispatch, and returns.
• Meet client fulfilment requirements, service levels, SOPs, and order cut-off times; monitor volumes, priorities, backlogs, accuracy, and dispatch timelines.
• Coordinate operational teams, resolve bottlenecks and service escalations, and support new client onboarding and process implementation.

Inventory, dispatch, and people

• Maintain stock accuracy, segregation, locations, cycle counts, reconciliation, and accurate WMS, OMS, and ERP transactions.
• Oversee courier and last-mile handovers, shipment labelling and documentation, returns, RTO, product inspection, and restocking.
• Plan staffing, supervise warehouse teams, monitor attendance, overtime, productivity, and utilization, and conduct shift briefings and handovers.
• Support manpower planning for promotional campaigns and peak periods.

Efficiency, safety, and reporting

• Identify efficiency, accuracy, and cost improvements; monitor warehouse equipment, packing materials, and resource use.
• Ensure warehouse safety, security, and housekeeping standards; prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
• Coordinate with Operations, Inventory, Customer Service, Transport, IT, and Maintenance teams.

Education and experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in supply chain management, logistics, warehouse management, operations management, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of warehouse operations experience in e-commerce fulfilment or 3PL logistics, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role.
• UAE warehouse or logistics operations experience is required.
• High-volume B2B e-commerce fulfilment and multi-client 3PL experience is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with picking, packing, inventory, dispatch, reverse logistics, courier companies, and last-mile delivery partners.
• Working knowledge of WMS, OMS, ERP, and barcode scanning systems; multicultural team and peak-season management experience.
• Certifications in logistics, warehouse management, Lean, or Six Sigma are advantageous; UAE e-commerce platform experience is advantageous.

Skills and competencies

• Strong warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfilment, inventory management, and warehouse systems knowledge.
• Manpower planning, team leadership, SLA management, analytical problem-solving, decision-making, and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting; focus on productivity, accuracy, and cost control.

Schedule and work conditions

• Flexible shifts, weekends, and peak operational periods may be required.
• The role is described as in-person and based in a fast-paced, deadline-driven warehouse environment.

Compensation and benefits

• Pay is AED 9,000–11,000 per month.
