Role overview
The Data Entry Operator processes customer orders, posts invoices, uploads documents to client portals, and maintains invoice records by client.

Experience in fruits and vegetables, FMCG, food trading, HORECA supply, or distribution is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders in the system.
- Post invoices and upload invoices and documents to client portals.
- Communicate with clients and coordinate internally with finance and client teams.
- Maintain client-wise invoice filing and records.
Requirements
- Good experience in data entry and invoice posting; strong Excel skills.
- Experience with client portal uploads and ability to manage high daily invoice volumes.
- Good communication skills and organized filing and documentation skills.
- +2 education or a diploma in any field is preferred.
- Previous HORECA, FMCG, fruits and vegetables, foodstuff trading, or distribution experience is preferred; UAE experience is preferred.
