Support execution of sponsorship initiatives, events, and production activities by working with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
Help deliver experiences that support company objectives and brand presence.
Key accountabilities
- Support coordination and on-ground execution of events, exhibitions, and special projects, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to timelines.
- Assist with pre- and post-event activities, including material organization, inventory tracking, storage, and event-kit preparation.
- Support monitoring event costs and alignment with approved budgets.
- Coordinate logistical requirements with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure readiness and quality delivery.
- Assist with event-related social media content in collaboration with Communications.
- Support sponsor coordination and alignment of deliverables and event integration with brand and partner objectives.
- Contribute to sponsorship decks and value-driven proposals.
- Maintain sponsor engagement through updates, feedback coordination, and event-day support.
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across event assets and touchpoints.
- Prepare statements and reports accurately and on time in line with company and function requirements, policies, and quality standards.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Public Relations.
- Fresh graduate or up to two years of experience.
