Oversees management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, analysis, and performance monitoring for Qiddiya operating assets, including theme parks, hotels, golf courses, and sports venues.

Responsibilities
- Lead budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans for operating assets with Finance Business Partners and Asset Management.
- Support scenario planning for asset pre-opening, ramp-up, and stabilization.
- Analyze actual performance against budgets and forecasts; provide variance analysis and actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards and performance reports with the FP&A reporting team using tools such as Power BI and Anaplan.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or business management.
- At least 6 years of experience in finance and financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- Experience in asset-intensive sectors such as hospitality, theme parks, sports, or entertainment is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or ACCA are highly recognized.
