A large, state-of-the-art healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced
Assistant Manager Finance
to join its high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the financial operations, including monthly closing, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Drive
- FP&A functions
- , including variance analysis, financial modeling, and performance tracking.
- Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations, audit requirements, and internal controls.
- Oversee cost management initiatives and support strategic decision-making for senior leadership.
- Collaborate closely with clinical, operational, and executive teams to support business growth.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
- **CA or ACCA certification**
- (mandatory).
- Strong experience in the
- healthcare sector
- (hospital or large healthcare group preferred).
- Proven expertise in
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- .
- Solid understanding of financial reporting standards, budgeting processes, and financial systems.
- Candidates with
- UAE or GCC healthcare experience
- are highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills, communication abilities, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
