Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an experienced, detail-oriented financial analyst for its finance team.
The work supports strategic business decisions, operational efficiency, investment strategies, and financial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze project performance to inform investment decisions.
- Develop and maintain models projecting revenue, costs, and profitability.
- Prepare management reports and presentations with insights and recommendations.
- Gather data across departments and support budgeting and forecasting.
- Monitor financial metrics and identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
- Provide documentation for external audits and support regulatory compliance.
- Stay informed about financial analysis and reporting trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- At least 5–7 years of relevant financial analysis experience.
- Large-scale project, entertainment, or real estate sector experience is preferred.
- Strong financial modeling, data analysis, reporting, and analytical skills are required.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel is required; ERP familiarity is advantageous.
- Strong communication, organization, self-motivation, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines are required.
