Core responsibilities

• Promote Mace's Safety First value, share lessons learned, and support staff safety and wellbeing.
• Apply local health and safety rules and regulations and promote a diverse and inclusive working environment.
• Manage quality systems, project delivery, tasks, budgets, risks, change, and deliverables across project phases.
• Coordinate inspections and audits, support ISO and compliance reviews, and analyse KPIs and corrective actions.
• Build stakeholder relationships, coordinate expertise and resources, and lead integrated teams toward project outcomes.
• Support collaboration, innovation, knowledge sharing, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

Required qualifications and experience

• HSW experience with a strong industry interest is required.
• IOSH Managing Safely Level 2 or an equivalent qualification is required.
• Willingness to achieve a Level 3 Safety Management qualification is required.
• Project delivery experience across property, infrastructure, or construction is required.
• Professional membership or equivalent development, strong commercial and stakeholder skills, and inclusive leadership are required.

• The role supports a construction and mixed-use development project in Abu Dhabi and is associated with site-based project delivery.
