About the Role

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure every guest receives outstanding service through a friendly environment, strong product knowledge, and consistent service standards.
• Recruit, train, develop, communicate with, and regularly assess team members, including annual performance reviews.
• Implement guest service standards and brand specifications and grow the restaurant business.
• Handle guest complaints and comments and use them to make improvements.
• Maintain merchandising, display, signing, and inventory standards.
• Guide product introductions and promotional programs and train team members on implementation.
• Control financials, personnel management, facilities, marketing, food preparation, quality, and general business operations.
• Complete quarterly menu engineering using the Menu Engineering Tool.
• Record guest database information, feedback, comment card ratings, and preferences in restaurant systems.
• Prepare future sales and expense projections to establish realistic and challenging profit objectives.
• Maintain staffing levels through hiring and scheduling to support efficient restaurant operations.
• Manage conflict, resolve difficult situations, identify operational problems, and implement solutions while maintaining company, health, and safety standards.

About You

• Experience within a luxury hotel is required.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role is required.
• Previous international experience is preferred.
• Team leadership, customer focus, pressure management, and a hands-on management style are important for the role.
