Recruitment consultancy Sisco Jobs is hiring on behalf of a client in the manufacturing sector for an Assistant Finance Manager in Saudi Arabia.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial accounting and maintain accurate books and records.
- Prepare periodic financial statements, management reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi VAT, Zakat, tax, and other statutory financial requirements.
- Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory transactions, accruals, and financial controls.
- Review general ledger entries, reconciliations, provisions, and month-end close activities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Coordinate with departments, auditors, tax advisers, and other stakeholders.
- Strengthen financial controls and ensure transactions comply with policies and procedures.
Required qualifications and experience
- 8–10 years of professional experience and strong manufacturing and/or construction accounting experience, including financial accounting, reporting, taxation, and compliance.
- Strong manufacturing accounting knowledge and excellent working knowledge of Saudi VAT, Zakat, and applicable taxes.
- Capability in financial records, reconciliations, general ledger activities, financial statements, and management reporting.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, statutory compliance, and accounting procedures.
- Minimum qualification: ICWA / CA-Inter.
Preferred experience
- Construction accounting exposure, cost accounting and manufacturing cost-control knowledge, and experience in a senior finance function within manufacturing are preferred.
