Hiring – Assistant Branch Manager
New W Mart Supermarket LLC | Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to support daily supermarket operations and drive team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing overall branch operations
- Supervise staff, scheduling, and daily activities
- Ensure proper stock management and inventory control
- Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation
- Support the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets and profitability
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in supermarket or retail industry
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
