Key Responsibilities
- Verify, process, and record supplier invoices; match invoices with purchase orders, delivery notes, and supporting documents.
- Prepare payment vouchers, assist with payment processing, maintain vendor records, and monitor invoice due dates.
- Reconcile supplier statements, resolve discrepancies, and respond to vendor questions about payments and balances.
- Assist with month-end closing and accounts payable reconciliations; maintain invoice and payment documentation.
- Provide supporting information for audits, follow financial policies and internal controls, and support finance administration.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Finance.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Arabic is required.

- Strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Good organisational and time-management skills; ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with problem-solving and reconciliation skills.
Pay
- AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
