This Analyst position within the Wealth Management division of a leading finance firm offers an opportunity to support both investment product development and advisory services across the UAE market.
Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, the role serves as a critical in-house resource supporting product commercialization, investment analysis, and advisory team effectiveness within a dynamic wealth management environment.
Advisory Support
- Assist Investment Advisors with investment analysis, portfolio reviews, market research, and client-facing materials
- Support Advisory Unit Head in commercialization efforts, advisor activity tracking, and KPI reporting
- Assist Head of Product Solutions and Advisory with strategic initiatives, committee submissions, data analysis, and management presentations
Product Development
- Support development and launch of investment products through frontline and advisory coordination
- Assist with complete product lifecycle including launch preparation, performance monitoring, and commercialization
- Coordinate with Middle and Back Office teams on operations and issue resolution
Cross-Functional Support
- Maintain product and advisory documentation, approvals, and records
- Support governance reporting, regulatory compliance, and Sharia requirements
- Ensure adherence to Central Bank and SCA approval processes
Skills & Experience
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Financial Services, Consultancy, Advisory, Audit, or Risk & Governance
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with ability to interpret market trends and generate actionable insights
- Proven data analysis skills and experience with financial information evaluation
- Client-centric approach with ability to build trust and support tailored investment solutions
- Excellent presentation and reporting skills for client engagement and team support
- High ethical standards, discretion, and reliability in handling sensitive information
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills advantageous
