- Establish systems, procedures, and service offerings to support business growth
- Manage, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary technical team
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, asset owners, and EPC contractors
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
- Support and drive business development initiatives, including tenders and proposals
