Overview
- We are seeking a qualified and experienced TPI Welding Inspector to perform third-party inspection activities for welding works in oil & gas, refinery, and petrochemical projects.
- The candidate will be responsible for ensuring all welding activities comply with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Perform third-party inspection (TPI) of welding and fabrication activities at project site and workshop.

- Monitor welding processes to ensure compliance with approved procedures and international standards.
- Conduct visual inspections and coordinate with NDT personnel for testing (RT, UT, MT, PT).
- Ensure materials used are as per approved specifications and are properly identified and traceable.
- Witness and verify fit-up, alignment, preheating, interpass temperature, and post-weld heat treatment (PWHT).
- Review and approve inspection reports, test records, and documentation.
- Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company policies at all times.
