- Perform
- inspection and quality control activities
- for mechanical systems, including HVAC, piping, and MEP installations.
- Review and verify
- shop drawings, method statements, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and material submittals
- .
- Conduct
- site inspections
- to ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and applicable codes and standards.
- Inspect installation of HVAC systems including:
- Ducting and insulation
- Chilled water piping systems
- Equipment installation (AHUs, FCUs, chillers, pumps, etc.)
- Witness and verify
- testing and commissioning activities
- , including:
- Pressure testing
- Air balancing and system performance testing
- Equipment functional testing
- Ensure proper documentation of all inspections, including
- inspection reports, checklists, and NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports)

- Monitor contractor activities and ensure adherence to
- quality procedures and project requirements

- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to resolve quality issues.
