The Artificial Intelligence Programmer designs, implements, and optimizes AI models and algorithms integrated with the company’s blockchain platforms and services.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Industrial City, with some work possible from home.
Responsibilities
- Develop production-grade software and build and train neural networks.
- Implement NLP solutions and pattern-recognition techniques for real-world data and workflows.
- Collaborate with architects, blockchain engineers, and product teams to turn business requirements into robust AI-enabled components.
- Document models, conduct performance evaluations, and improve existing systems.
Qualifications
- Strong computer science and software-development foundation, including algorithms, data structures, and version control.
- Hands-on experience designing, training, evaluating, and optimizing neural networks and pattern-recognition models.
- Practical NLP experience, including areas such as text classification, information extraction, or conversational interfaces.
- Proficiency in an AI programming language such as Python or Java, or similar, and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Familiarity with blockchain, smart contracts, and distributed systems, or a strong interest in learning these domains.
- Ability to collaborate across distributed teams and communicate complex technical ideas clearly.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Production AI deployment, cloud-platform, security, and performance best practices are advantageous.
