Role
Full-time Artificial Intelligence Engineer role based in Abu Dhabi Industrial City, offered in a hybrid model with some flexibility to work from home.
The role develops AI models and systems that integrate with blockchain-based products and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Research and implement machine-learning and deep-learning algorithms; build and train neural-network models.
- Optimize pattern-recognition and NLP pipelines for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with software engineers and product teams to turn business needs into scalable AI solutions.
- Write maintainable code, participate in code reviews and architecture discussions, and monitor production model performance.
- Contribute to documentation and best practices and stay current with AI and blockchain technologies.
Qualifications
- Strong computer science and software-development foundation with experience maintaining production-grade systems.
- Proficiency in pattern recognition and neural networks, including training, evaluating, and optimizing models.
- Hands-on NLP experience, including language models or text-based analytics solutions.
- Working knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn and proficiency in a relevant language such as Python.
- Understanding of blockchain and smart contract development, or strong interest and ability to learn quickly.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to collaborate across functions, communicate technical ideas clearly, and document solutions and architectures.
- Cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD experience are beneficial; high-assurance, security-focused, or audited-environment exposure is an advantage.
