We’re supporting a major enterprise AI transformation project and are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with strong experience across both Machine Learning and Generative AI.
You’ll be working on AI-powered HR and Learning platforms, building recommendation engines, workforce analytics, RAG pipelines, and LLM-powered assistants.
What you’ll be doing
- Building ML models for scoring, recommendations, and workforce analytics
- Developing RAG pipelines and AI assistant capabilities
- Integrating Azure OpenAI / GPT models into enterprise workflows
- Working on multilingual Arabic/English AI use cases
- Building explainability and evaluation frameworks
- Deploying AI services using FastAPI and containerized environments
What we’re looking for
- Strong Python ML engineering experience
- Experience with scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, XGBoost
- Hands-on RAG and LLM integration experience
- LangChain or similar framework experience
- Vector database exposure (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, etc.)
- FastAPI and PostgreSQL experience
- Docker and Git-based development experience
Nice to have
- Azure AI Services exposure
- LMS or Learning Analytics experience
- Arabic/English AI pipeline experience
- ML observability tooling experience
- Government or enterprise transformation experience
